with traditional afternoon tea being served
from 3.00 p.m. on New Year's Eve.
In the evening, join your hosts and fellow hotel guests for cocktails before
proceeding to the hotel dining room for the New Year's Eve Gala Black Tie Dinner; a gastronomic
event with six courses to tease and titillate your palate. At midnight, enjoy
a spectacular firework display staged in the hotel grounds to see the New Year in
with a bang!
New Year's Day
Start the New Year as your mean to go on!
On New Year's Day, Champagne brunch will be served from
10.00 a.m. until 1.30 p.m. You may then
wish to relax in the tranquil surroundings,
enjoy a gentle walk in the hotel grounds, take a
leisurely drive in the Snowdonia hills or for the
more adventurous a hike up Cader Idris!
In the evening join your fellow hotel guests for aperitifs before proceeding
through to the hotel's candlelit dining room to experience a romantic four-course
New Year's Day dinner.
